Archigami
I call it ‘archigami,’ although as near as I can tell, no one else does.
The originator of this art form, an architecture professor named Chatani Masahiro (茶谷正洋), calls it “Origamic Architecture,” but I’m a bit contrary. But who cares what it’s called?
